Jeff Morris

Managing Partner

Jeff has over 30 years of of experience in real estate acquisitions/dispositions, development/redevelopment, and asset management.

Vice president of retail developments/acquisitions for Trammell Crow Commercial responsible for leading the retail development/ redevelopment and acquisition program in Southern California.
Vice president of development and leasing for LandGrant Development responsible in-house leasing and the development of multiple retail projects in California and Nevada.
Other professional experience includes positions as a retail leasing agent with a prominent full-service real estate firm and as a planner with a firm specializing in the syndication of large parcels of land throughout the Southwestern US.
Graduated from San Diego State University with a BS Degree in Business/Finance
Bill Ballard

Managing Partner

Bill has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, development or financing of over $10B of real estate assets over his 30+ year career.

Managing director for IndCor (a portfolio company of Blackstone that acquired ~ 120MM SF of industrial properties and sold for ~ $8B) where he started and managed the finance and accounting divisions.
Chief financial officer/chief investment officer/partner for a $1B multifamily operator/investor that has partnered with several prominent firms that include BlackRock, AIG, PIMCO, GE Capital, and Crow Holdings.
Other professional experience includes positions as a c-level manager and/or principal with prominent full-service real estate firms (including CBRE and Cushman Wakefield predecessors), a senior-level manager/principal with major real estate investment/development firms, and a member of a Big 8 accounting firm.
Graduated magna cum laude from Duke and has held or currently holds the following professional designations: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Certified Commercial Investment Member, and Real Property Administrator.
